CommCare Corporation Announces Certifications for 60 of its Nurses Statewide

NEW ORLEANS, La. – CommCare Corporation, a non-profit owner and operator of 11 skilled nursing facilities throughout Louisiana, is pleased to announce the certifications 60 of its nurses achieved this year through the American Association for Long Term Care Nursing (AALTCN).

Aside from the nurses at CommCare’s 11 facilities, six of CommCare’s nurses also received certifications including:

Gloria Phillips, RN LTC Certification

Jolie Harris, DON LTC Certification

Dianne Knapp, DON LTC Certification

Carolyn Strother, DON LTC Certification

According to the AALTCN, CommCare has demonstrated outstanding commitment to advancing the competencies of their nurses by offering AALTCN certification programs in which 60 of its nurses received certification - 23 nurses received DON certification, 13 nurses received RN certification and 24 nurses received LPN certification.
