The Resident Experience is Our Primary Focus

The stability and experience of our staff is a defining strength of our community. Long term staff create a sense of family and community, where staff, residents and family members really get to know one another. Those relationships strengthen bonds and give our staff the advantage of noticing changes in residents’ conditions that allow us to be proactive with our care. The homelike center and peaceful setting only enhance the relationships we establish.

Families often share compliments for our therapy staff. And they are spectacular, working with residents to either strengthen them for a return home, or helping residents maintain their function and ability at our center.

Visitors to our center may notice groups of students in scrubs. We have the privilege of holding classes that train LPNs and CNAs.
