Activities and Amenities

Visitors will find a wide variety of activities geared toward various interests and abilities. Visitors at The Columns may find residents taking rides in a hot air balloon. Those that visit Old Jefferson Community Care Center during dinner will find a concerts or a student playing piano, providing a special dinner atmosphere. People driving by Baton Rouge Community Care Center in the summer may see a summer fun day with a dunking booth, water fountains and snowballs. On the grounds of Greenbriar Community Care Center in October, look for Fall Festival or summer Splash Down.

Families and community members are welcome and encouraged to visit our centers and share their talents. With active resident and family councils, our centers do indeed have a sense of community, and their involvement brings a wide variety of activities that energizes our communities.
