For those working to return home, our transitional care specialty stands ready to assist! When illness or injuries occur, quality of life is often defined by small things: the ability to swallow after a stroke; the ability to bathe, dress or express ourselves; the ability to walk or perform tasks like cooking or laundry. Our care team has the passion to help patients regain their independence. The rehab community captures that passion and creates an atmosphere where the residents encourage one another.

Long term care provides nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living along with life enrichment activities and social services. Residents can enjoy outdoor activities in our serene, landscaped courtyard, while our spacious dining room provides space for music, crafts games, and of course, meals with friends. One of the most popular amenities is the salon. In addition to a haircut, color or perm, the salon is the perfect place to catch up on the latest news. And resident rooms are the most spacious in the area.

Whether with us for short or long term, our interdisciplinary team understands the importance of having a full understanding of residents’ needs. The team, led by our medical director includes a nurse practitioner, consultant pharmacist and consultant dietician along with our nursing, dietary, rehabilitation, social services and activities staff members.
