For those coming short-term to recover from an illness or injury, our staff is with you from admission to discharge. Our transitional care neighborhood features a fully equipped rehabilitation gym where residents work to regain function and ability to recover from heart conditions, stroke or surgeries to return home successfully. From our rehabilitation and nursing staff, to activities, social services and administrative staff, we are here to assist you in reaching your goal successfully.
For long term care residents, our goal is to provide quality care and quality of life. Our interdisciplinary care team works together to create individualized care plans. The activities department organizes a calendar of activities and events to meet a variety of interests.
Our culture fosters a family atmosphere and close relationships between residents and staff that is evident. Residents enjoy common areas including a spacious dining room, activity room, a library, a salon and an enclosed courtyard.
For those seeking short term care, whether your needs are short or long term, we welcome you and look forward to understanding your needs and goals and working with you to achieve them.
