The Resident Experience is Our Primary Focus

Ruleville Community Care Center proudly serves our community’s long-term care and rehabilitation needs. Our interdisciplinary team includes our medical director, nurse practitioner, a consultant pharmacist, a consultant dietician as well as our team of experienced, well-trained nurses and a social worker. Our activity directors organize events and activities that seek to meet many interests and talents. Outings include bowling, movies, and visits to the park and casino.

For those who are recovering from an illness or injury, our experienced therapists fully-equipped rehab gym stand ready to assist in the journey home. For those needing long term care, our focus is on maintaining function, ability and quality of life.

Rehab to Home

While many residents are able to return home, our goal is to get each individual functioning at their highest level and capability through physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Our fully equipped rehabilitation gym is staffed by physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists.
