At Manhattan Community Care Center, we strive every day to be better than the last. To that end, we are proud to share that Manhattan Community Care Center is the recipient of a national silver quality award based on Baldrige criteria. This award recognizes that we develop and implement effective approaches that help improve performance and health care outcomes. We apply these systems to many aspects of our operation.

For those coming short-term to recover from an illness or injury, our staff are here with you from admission to discharge. From our rehabilitation and nursing staff, to activities, social services and administrative staff, we are here to assist you in reaching your goal successfully.

For those turning to us for long term care, our goal is to provide quality care and quality of life. Our physician, nurse practitioner, nursing staff, social worker, consultant pharmacist and dietician work together to create individualized care plans. Each month the activities department organizes a robust calendar of activities and events to meet a variety of interests.
