Choosing a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is an important decision. At Tupelo Community Care Center we understand your concern in making the right choice. Our staff specializes in providing skilled nursing, long term care, and the short-term rehabilitation such as physical, speech, occupational and restorative therapies, that many people need to return home successfully.

A Team Care Approach

Our team of health care professionals is led by a licensed administrator and includes our medical director, nurse practitioner, consultant pharmacist and consultant dietician. From the director of nursing and our rehabilitation staff, to the activity director and social worker, our staff works to address the special needs of each individual.

Rehab to Home

While Tupelo Community Care Center provides traditional long term care, some people are surprised to learn that so many individuals who turn to us for care complete the rehabilitation – physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy – that they need to gain strength and endurance and return home successfully.

Our fully-equipped rehabilitation gym is staffed by physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists. While many of our patients are able to return home, our goal is to get each patient functioning at their highest level and capability.
