Notre Dame Hospice

Notre Dame Hospice provides a program of care and support for people who are terminally ill, with a life expectancy of six months or less if the illness runs its normal course. Our philosophy focuses on comfort and quality of life by reducing pain, suffering and distress. We provide alternatives to therapies focused on life-prolonging measures that may be painful and cause additional symptoms that are not aligned with the individual’s and the family’s goals.

Resources in our library are targeted toward elders, and range from topics that address health and wellness, medical conditions, as well as information concerning Medicare or Medicaid benefits.
